ACCOUNTS OFFICER/ EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare progress billing and related administration documentation
  • Assist in preparation and update of sales report
  • Liaise with solicitors, authorities etc on sales administrative matters
  • Assist in preparing marketing plans & carrying out market survey
  • Develop & maintain good customer relationship
  • Perform other duties as and when required
  • To render support to the superior and be a team player
  • Able to work independently and multi-tasking
Requirement:
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam
  • Preferably in property and construction line
  • Computer literate and knowledge on use of billing software will be an advantage
  • Full-time position(s) available

Responsibilities:

  • Cheque issuance and data entries
  • Accounts preparation and month/ year end closing
  • Prepare documentation for loan drawn down for payment
  • Prepare full set of accounts, audit, tax schedules and liaise with auditors and tax agents on related issue
  • Assist superior in additional task as required
 
Requirement:
  • At least 1 year of working experience in property and construction industry
  • Proficient in Chinese, English, Malay & Computer literate.
  • SPM/ STPM/ LCCI/ Diploma/Degree.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam

  • Handle inspection and monitoring of project work according to timeline and standard
  • Review/ comment on drawings, baseline programme, provide feedback to superior
  • Manage project effectively and efficiently
Requirement:
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Possess minimum Diploma in Building/ Civil Engineering/Architectural/ Project Management/ Project Development or equivalent
  • Computer literate is essential
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam and willing to travel.

  • Assist in calculation of project costings and computation of Bill of Quantity
  • Assist in enquiries for quotations from sub-contractors, suppliers & comparison schedule
  • Assist in preparing monthly progress claim, certification of subcontractor’s payment, Variation Order’s evaluation and final account
  • Assist superior in additional task as required
Requirement:
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, able to interact with Consultant, project team, contractors and suppliers
  • Study in Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
  • Computer literate is essential
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam
